What are your rates?

We design customized rates. We will consult with you and tell you exactly what you are paying for.

Will my rate change?

Of course not! Any rate change requested by us requires merchant approval and signatures first.

Cancelation fees?

Currently only one of our many vendors requires a cancelation fee. However, if any vendor cannot deliver a specific function or if you are not happy with their service then we will absorb and waive the fee on your behalf.

What happens if you are temporality down?

We definitely do not plan to be down at any time, but if there are extenuating circumstances, all your accounts will remain the same and you will still be taken cared of.

When will my funds be deposited?

This depends on the package and vendor. Some vendors have next day deposit and others require 1-2 business days to deposit.

What are the customer support hours?

This also varies based on the vendor, most provide 24/7 customer service but if you have problems and cannot reach a vendor’s customer support our staff will jump in to field your concerns to the best of our ability.

I want to buy the terminal, would you recommend it?

Not at all, renting provides you with a warranty and no strings attached. Whenever you do not have a need for it simply return it to us. With no contract in place you save on any contract fees.

I've heard about rent to own or lease to own, is that an option with Honey?

As far as we know there is no such thing as rent to own, most leases are non-cancelable and by the end of the contract you still have to buy the terminal out. Buyer beware, most payment processing providers will throw a lease under the paperwork without your knowledge.

How about US accounts?

Yes! We definitely can provide US accounts for payment processing. Fees may differ when based in the US, but we would still be able to provide you with the best payment processing platforms.

What about Union pay? Wechat pay and Alipay?

We can definitely meet those needs as well, in fact there are terminals that have all three in one terminal.

I have a special pricing would you guys match it or beat it?

We will have to take a look at your statement and are willing to find ways to help your business cut costs. We value client relationships over meeting arbitrary profit goals.
